GIM2D/DQFCOMB

DQFCOMB takes a stack of Data Quality File (DQF) images and identifies pixels in the stack with no good values at all. Bad pixels in the combined DQF image are flagged by the value -2, and the other pixels are all assigned a zero value. The combined DQF image can then be applied to the SExtractor segmentation image using the task GBADPIX.
