(3) Create a working directory somewhere for GGROUPER and MGIMFIT2d to work their magic (4) Set the following MGIMFIT2D parameters as follows: initparam=yes dosym=no dobkg=yes psftype=tiny_nic c_abs=0.0 nsamp="whatever you were using for GIMFIT2D" ccdgain="whatever you were using for GIMFIT2D" osamp="whatever you were using for GIMFIT2D" (5) Pick one of the images as your reference image. (6) Create a text file (the GGROUPER input file) with the following columns for each pre-dither image (including reference image): (i) Path of pre-dither science image (ii) Name of pre-dither science image (iii) Name of .gfxt file (iv) x-offset in pixels from reference image (= 0.0 for reference) (v) y-offset in pixels from reference image (= 0.0 for reference) (7) Set parameter values in GGROUPER (8) Run GGROUPER to set up everything you need for MGIMFIT2D (.cl script and thumbnail images) (9) Now run the .cl script to start MGIMFIT2D Þ No limit on number of pre-dither images in MGIMFIT2D. Only limit is your patience!
