A First Look at MegaCam

MegaCam is the world's largest astronomical camera. It's made up of a mosaic of CCD chips - the same sort of chips that are in a digital camera, but much larger and of much higher quality. In this picture, you can see the forty chip mosaic, reflecting back the faces of some of the MegaCam scientists.
