Measurements! (duh.) Simulations Þ Systematic, random errors, and asymmetries Þ Number of simulations should be large!!! Þ Should cover as wide a range of structural as possible Þ Should be analyzed exactly the same way as real galaxies Selection function Þ What objects are you looking at ? Þ Multidimensional Þ Not all dimensions have equal importance
